Rainy day in the country
I found this bird's nest on the ground on Sunday evening. It had blown out of a tree. The inside of the nest is lined with the hair from our black cattle, so it is soft and solid black. I added it to my collection of small bird's nests that I keep in my Christmas cactus pot.
I haven't accomplished anything today, but I'm afraid I won't be able to use the computer this evening. We have rain and storms in the forecast.
Two helicopters just flew over the house. That is very odd.
I need to make the other little girls dress today, so I can clean house tomorrow. Our daughter is coming tomorrow evening. I may not have time to do much blogging!
